In Digimon World you can fish in two different places:
At Dragonneil Lake and at the South Shore of the Lake

Dragonneil Lake To reach Dragonneil Lake, take the western path from the screen with the restrooms in the Native Forest

South Shore of the Lake To reach the South Shore of the Lake, take the southwest entrance from Palmon's screen.
