In Digimon World, you can earn medals by accomplishing certain very important or seemingly impossible actions.
Here is a list of the conditions required to earn medals
| - Catch 100 fish |
| - Complete the game |
| - Obtain 999,999 Bits |
| - Play for 10 Digimon Years |
| - Obtain one copy of every card in the game |
| - Win 100 tournaments in Greymon's arena |
| - Win the Humanoid, Animal, and Dino Cups |
| - Win the D, C, B, A, and S tournaments |
| - Recruit all the Digimon in the game |
| - Raise all the Digimon in the game |
| - Learn all the attacks in the game |
| - Obtain a Digimon with all stats at maximum |
| - Achieve a perfect score of 10 in Curling |
| - Win all the cups in the Ice, Martial Arts, Air tournaments, etc. |
| - Win all the Version tournament cups |
